Need help w/ jail broken iTouch.

alright, i traded a 360 for an 8 GB iTouvh, first Gen, jailbroken FW 2.2, the works. the guy i traded jail broke it for me. I synced the ipod to my i tunes, and now now of the 3rd party apps work. they boot for about 2 seconds, then go to the home. what do i do to gewt them back? also, anyone know how to get apps with using the ipods wifi? i mean how to install from computer

How about posting in the right place for starters? Wow. Just wow.

Find a tut on SSH. Easiest thing in the world.
For the app problem do a simple restore with a jailbroken ipsw using quickpwn and it should fix it.

Uhm, really...
Get winpwn, get the ipsw, and follow the instructions in winpwn... you'll need to reinstall any apps though.

Yea i kinda have the same problem. Not realy but... I have a 2nd gen itouch just got it on monday. 2.2 a d i was trying to hack it using quickpwn but it didnt auotmaticly pick up my itouch lile it zaid it was sopposed to do any help.? :beg:

It's jailbroken but the jailbreak isn't released yet.

i think you can jail break it, but when you reboot the touch from completely shutting it down, it will go back to it un-jail broken state.

Listen. It's jailbreakable. The dev team already jailbroke it but it needs to be tethered.

It's not released yet. Nothing is. So, no, you can't jailbreak it at all. Only the dev team can.
