Alright so over the past few months I have read up on everything, then re-read everything. I ordered parts drew diagrams and practiced soldering. Finally this week my last parts came in and I did my first PSP mod.

Yay me

right?
To start off with, when I first closed my psp up, the sound activated leds were very very dim (and not sound reactive). Started thinking and I realized that the + and - inputs for the IC chip were reversed. I opened up my psp, switched the resistors and wires then closed it back up. Now my lights were very bright but still not sound reactive. Whats wrong? As far as I know everything is connected correctly but my lights just dont react.
