Does this point supply voltage when the psp is off?

Just wondering because the fader deluxe confuses me - not so much how to do it, but WHY it's done that way.

No that point does not supply voltage when the PSP is off. I believe you have to wire the fader to the battery so it can fade while the PSP is off.

wiring to the power board allows power to the leds trust me i know i did it unintentionally, but it does look nice when its off. the sites are at the holes (on a phat board) the 2 holes near the indented bit (where the back cover clips onto the board) are +. All the other holes are negative on the pwer board.

you can wire the positive to that point. Then us a un-switched ground, like the ground plane on the pobo.

Yeah I just checked on the slim, if the battery in I get a voltage reading as long as the battery is in, I have no idea if this is different for phat. I would just add a simple 3 pin slide to it.

Hey sorry for a BIT off topic, but I checked on the slim with a multi meter on those gold pads, with the + stick from the analog multi-meter to the positive 5v and the -to the gold pads, I got a reading of about 5.2 volts. But then I just touched the - to lots of other random resistors etc and still got a reading so I'm confused...

thats why you use a switched ground, such as the power led line. Or use wifi ect.
