Just drop a blob of solder on it. Or you could use a wire and connect each end to each end of the fuse.

Use 30guage insulate kynar wire or magnet wire.
Put a bit of flux on each end of the fuse.
Then cut a 1/4-1/2 inch or so piece of wire.
W/ sum skillz, solder each end of the wire to the ends of the fuse.

ALSO, make sure you insulate it WELL or it will short out..

I dont suggest the blob of solder i suggest heating it up taking the fuse off and solder a piece of kynar onto the 2 points so its flat enough you can put some tape or hot glue over it

If anything it will cause a cone solder joint and it will all go down hill from there lol.
