Programming Help PLZZZ

I am trying to make a mod and i am going to use a pic12f683 chip. The only thing I am a complete NOOB on is the whole programming the chip process. Can someone help with a tut or video or instructions or something. lets say i have just bought the chip and need complete help/tut from there on getting it to work in a mod. PLZ help i realllly want to make this work.
