Trouble w/ PS3 controller

I took apart my PS3's SIXAXIS controller to change the leds to white. I swapped it, but now when i try and turn the controller on , it wont turn on and connect to my PS3. When i plug it into my computers UBS port, the leds flash. I also removed the Rumble motors, if thats of any importance. anyone know whats up with it?

There are no rumble motors in a sixaxis controller.

he meant to say he took apart his dualshock and didn't put back in the rumble

Oh whoops lol i forgot to mention that. I solved the problem, It turns out i forgot the replace that soft thing that goes behind the flex cable that makes contact w/ the controller motherboard, so it wasnt making contact. Put it back in, now its working like a champ.
