Any way to fix a broken power switch?
« on: February 10, 2009, 11:19:06 AM »
I ordered a clear pink replacement shell a month ago and it finally came, and all went well with me replacing the shell, until as I was about to put the bottom pieces together I noticed my power switch (the one on the motherboard) broke off. Is there any way I can fix it, like if I superglue a similar looking piece of plastic to that place? :faint:

yeah that works, you just have to be careful the glue doesn't ooze down to the spring and the insides of the switch.

and also be patient and make sure you have a REALLY strong connection, its gotta take a lot of flicking in the future
