Il test if the blue works and how long without resitor. The blue should work on 3.6v and the board gives 3.6v? Then it isnt big deal.
3.1v won't fry your led, but it will shorten the life of your led a bit. But yeah that happens when you run leds over their forward voltage.
What he saidI run my blue LEDs at about 2.8, making it slightly under almost doesnt effect brightness and doubles the lifetime lol
