my psp phat wont show homebrew

please on my psp phat w/ board TA-082

i taught it was program problem so i've used pandora, trying to fix but i failed..

and what i noticed everytime i switch it on the umd lens starting to move and the rotator si=till moving but cant rotate.

   Does your psp has cfw installed? If yes, did you also install the 1.50 kernel which would allow the psp to play homebrew?

yes sir it has 1.50 kernel in it... sir thank you for your reply. my unit is ok now i reheat the nand ic then problem solve here it is.....
