I want to build a rapid fire controller with the right trigger being rapid fire,  the left trigger I need to be a push on/off switch.  When I say triggers I mean the tact buttons

Rapid Fire Right Trigger - On/Off Left Trigger

I am in need of a .hex program for a pic12f683 that can have the right tac button for rapid fire and the left tac button for on/off operation of the left trigger.  I know this doesn't make much sense, It's a special request for someone with hand problems.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
