GhoSt needs urgent help
« on: March 03, 2009, 12:53:00 AM »
ok modding this controller for my mate, using a pic programed with burnmeup2 (one of hazers codes) when I start the controller now it will no longer sync with the xbox. Any ideas, the pic works as when I hold sync for 5 secs it turns on P4 led inbetween blinks.

I wired it like this. Only leaving out everything coming off pin 6 (purple one)

Yea im fully :censored: ing my pants right now so any help will be graciously accepted.

Um, not sure but I've had a few times when a wire came loose or got shorted out.

Would wiring up pin 6 affect anything? What's it for? The other trigger?

Sig by Kenshinffx - Thanks!

it must have something to do with the sinc button. I hate dealing with it. I had a similar problem with mikes 7.99 chip back in the day.. my issue was a small piece of solder grounding to sinc pin I could not even see it until I put it under my magnifying glass.
