that looks awesome! I like what you did with the air flow thingy haha. could you give me a tut on how to do the led hookup in the HDD please. I cant find one anywhere and don't really want to risk joining random points. I would be greatly appreciated
thanks!

red, since this is a microsoft product I assume that it uses similar components to a pc, and so probably a molex connector to the HDD and the yellow cable I think is 5v so you could get a resistor and connect to that. Black wire is ground.

SWEET! Excellent work to both of you. Thanks for the ideas. Just a few questions...Where did you hook the LED's up to ?

Thanks

if your wondering about the aurora vent lights and the led lighted rear fan then they just simply plug into the OEM power output for the orinasl rear fan(very simple).

but in order to change the ROL(ring of light) that is usually green, you need to remove the stock green/red led's and replace them with whatever color yo want. (also very simple if you have some experience with soldering but is somewhat complicated because of how small the actual led's are)

go here for a layout of what is positive and negative on the 360 ROL board>>>>  https://www.acidmods.com/forum/index.php?topic=28504.0

the ROL is a no brainer,

I think max was asking what terminal you pulled your supply voltage from, there has been alot of back and forth on the best supply method. usb, mobo, 5v/12v???

ya i just used the rear fan power source. 5v i think. i heard you have a better chance of getting your c360 banned if you take from the 12v..and also  dopnt really want my fan to have that much power, even though it would cool better, it would sound like a jet taking off lol

Yeah I've already done my ROL and added a fan using the 12v source from the the pins under where you plug the power cord into. What I really meant to ask was. Are those LED strips ? or single LED's I was just wondering how you hooked ALL those LED's up.

Thanks for the link, very helpful.

Thanks again guys

I'm just about done with my Xbox too. Since I have 2 plexi-glass windows on my Xbox, how many LEDs should I put in it? I'm just not sure if they'll be bright enough.

Those are LED strips that I order from Divineo.com. They're call Aurora and they come in 3 different colors. Check it out:                               http://www.divineo.com/cgi-bin/div-us/zz-36-aurob.html

take apart the HDD, scrape some insulation from the yellow (positive) and black (neg.). solder a 10 ohm resistor to the yellow wire, then add as many LED's as you like, soldering to the 10 ohm resistor for positive.
