This is our new machined aluminum grill for the top of a case. It's cnc milled from 1/4" thick aircraft aluminum. It measures 7-1/4" wide, with 4.5" opening for 120mm cooling fan.

Center grill is removable, so can use it for window in your Xbox 360, or whatever mods you can think of

Very Nice. I'm gonna be Building a case from the ground up (to House a 360 and a Semi High performance PC upgradeable of course). I might just have to order some of these, I will defiantly keep them in mind.

Too big? It's perfect .... how about a vent or window for your Xbox 360?

The first takes the longest time, 2 - 3 hours to set up everything. Once it's set up, we can run them all day. I've already got the kits in my store, http://www.mnpctech.com/blowholefan.html

You could cut a round piece of plexi for a window

Idea... Make a 360 Ship themed that being a Porthole. Tho its Not that big at all.. I think that would keep your 360 Uber Cool if you put the right fan and dust filter.

We dont do custom milling of one-off parts tmandt, we manufacturer products. You can draw and manfacturer your own design with the software these guys offer, try http://www.emachineshop.com

Thank you! It's been a crazy week so I have had time to update my project threads, sorry!

Yesterday we got them back from the Powdercoater, they looks awesome! I'm a proud papa!
as cool as the socketed head screws are, I wanted to use pan heads, but nobody makes one in #10-32 x 3/16 height. The socketed ones were the only ones I could get in the right size, and very expensive (mcmaster carr) but as you can see, they really complete the look properly!
