« on: March 09, 2009, 03:07:28 AM »
how vulnerable is the phats mobo??

is it that very delicate and prone to damage??

i put my mobo on top of my casing then leave it there for days...

is it possible that after i tested my mobo today and works

then disassemble it then after a few days it will not work again..

what are the possibilities this happens??just asking..

how vulnerable is the phats mobo = you got to be a bit gentle

is it that very delicate and prone to damage= cant trow it

i put my mobo on top of my casing then leave it there for days = no problem if you cover it with something

is it possible that after i tested my mobo today and works = yes

then disassemble it then after a few days it will not work again = no, or you spilled water on it

what are the possibilities this happens= small

Try to avoid touching any of the componants. Static electricity is a killer. Just store it in a ziplock bag or somthing until you need it.

I know it's not too bad but it can ruin things. I don't do anything to prevent it either but it's still probably best to keep your hands off of stuff on the mobi for the most part.
