I don't know but there are some good online stores, most of which are based in china...

Focalprice.com
Dealextreme.com
Ebay.com

To get general stuff like soldering irons, eBay should work. LEDs, psp parts and stuff go to the other links

I've been looking everywhere and the only LED's i can find are 5mm one that are waaaaay to big.  :boxed:
