im like treemty, a monster has more chance of putting me to sleep then keeping me up.

and my best w/o energy boosters is just over 48 hours.

How long is it gonna be. By day 3 of  No sleep what so ever your Mental health will decline. you have to be careful, You will notice your state of mind will start to change, My max limit of no sleep what so ever was 4 days. By then I felt like i was dead I was talkin nonsense.. I just warn you. 2 days is nothing. 3days is pushing it. for someone who is not trained for this.

EDIT I'm not saying you can't do it. I just want it to be clear staying up for long periods of time will hurt your mental health. You wont think clearly. Oh and high energy/sugar wont help as much as you think it will.. As your bodys wanting to sleep will overcome energy drinks/bars and To much Sugar will Cause headaches.

This plan is making me LOL. Cookies to keep you up? I think not.. Your mind will make you sleep, cookies wont stop that.

Also, Like wolf said, This can cause serious metal problems, and can even cause you to become ill. But W/e

omg, once I didnt sleep for like 4 days r 3 days...cant really remember
but anyway, every time I blinked I was taking mental images and when I moved my head, nothing happened
I also started to hallucinate and when I saw shadows I thought someone was hunting me down to kill me, twas crazy.

Another story, I thought coke would help me stay up...drank 2 liters and had a horable time trying to stay up, when I got home I was eating breakfast and my face literally fell into teh cereal...I woke up later on someones bed at 7 PM...I came home at 12

Have fun.

And don't die.

Because this will really mess you up mentally.

All I can say, is don't stay up for 2 days then expect to pass a test in English.

Or make any sense, for that matter.

Good luck but its impossible for the human body to stay up after 120 hours straight. Thats with the influence of caffine, sugar and other such energy supplements. I made it to around 72 hours before I need caffine. The next day around 96 hours, give or take, I started to shudder and feel really sick. At 100 or so hours the Hallcinations kicked in, The environment around me started to warp and I started to see things that weren't there. I was on a caffine high for most of that time and it really wreaked me. I got to 120 hours before I passed out, I assume. I spewed up so much doing the days involved and the days after. Was fun though :)

EDIT: Also, Sugar is not really a viable option if you want to stay up. Coffee is much better suited. If you have a lot of sugar you go into a glucose high and when the energy runs out and you start to go off the high you will feel much worse that when you started. Coffee has the same kind of effect though is a lot more subtle and is better in my opinion but don't have a lot and monitor your intake because if you have more than 750mg in a one day you will overdose and you'll get that really tired/sick feeling.

Your body recharges during sleep, but that sleep must be deep enough to allow your body to go into what is called REM sleep (Rapid Eye Movement). It takes about 5 hours of uninterrupted sleep in a quiet room with no lights for your body to do this. This is when your adrenal glands recharge. If you don't get this, your adrenals won't recharge and you will suffer the consequences. Your adrenals are responsible for many bodily functions, such as holding water in your colon, etc. Since the adrenals are part of the endocrine that is a system of complex relationships and affecting one of the organs in the endocrine system will affect ALL of the organs of that system. It works like a spider web where if you touch one part of the web, the whole web shakes. Your thyroid, liver, and other organs are all part of the endocrine system. Over time, it will age you much faster, your energy for doing normal things will diminish, your brain will become foggy, etc., etc.

you can make it past 120 hours but it really messes you up i ended up ill on medication and i was confined to my bed for like a week or two i cant really remember. and you do start to do wierd crap after a few days, i took off all the internal doors and put them on the floor. i also would go on long walks at night and my mums friend found me sat in the middle of a roundabout at 3am when she had gone to pic her daughter up from a party.

i dont recomend it as it can cause some seriouse health problems if your not lucky and can exacebate pre-existing ilnesses or mental health issues. are you depressed or recently recovered from depression

i am not responsible for what i do or my advice
