It depends on what other information is able to be given.

What happened before this happened?
Had you tried to soft mod it before hand?
Was it opened and did you touch anything in there.

To help we need more information than just "can any1 help?"

ok i have fixed my power problem with my first mobo. now my second mobo won't turn on at all. wat happened was that i dropped my psp really hard and bought another broken psp to use its parts.the mobo on the second psp works but the backlight connector on the mobo broke off. the first mobo used tot turn on after i had dropped it and now it does not. help plz :beg:
