i just want to ask is there any power problems that can occur during a psp slim 2003 motherboard replacement.I think my battery is dead but since i don't have my charger (friends borrowing it) i cant test it to see if its working or not.

Can you please tell me what power problems can occur during a motherboard replacements just so i can make sure its not broken again :)

As long as the battery isnt in, and you try not to touch the components on the mobo too much, u should be fine.

Ok i installed the motherboard and everything thing is working find exept that the firmware is corrupted (psp keeps freezing randomly) previous owner said  its the firmware.the this is that the motherboard that i installed its usb slot on top has the plastic black thing taken off so i cant use the usb port but my old mobo has a perfect one? any tips on how to install it on the replacement board?
