Maybe...But then unless I re-wired the whole sound system on the PSP then you wouldn't hear any sound coming from the speakers cause your PSP would think you plugged in headphones. Thanks for the suggestion though I never would have thought of that.
get one of those speaker grips and wire it to that. Infact I think I happen to have a grip that will work perfectly for this, I just need the rumble motors and a schematic

you only get a max of 2v across the transistor on a phat without a resistor. So I would go with a 1.8v rumble motor.
