need help updating cfw

i got 4.01 and i wanted to update it to 5.00 but idk how...

Use a Pandoras Magic Memory Stick, and Pandoras Battery to do the upgrade.  (I do a downgrade to 1.50 OFW first, then upgrade to the wanted firmware version)

If you want to pay for shipping both ways, I will do it for you.  (free of course.  If someone charges you to have this service done, DONT DO IT.  All the resources to do it are free and readily avaliable on the internet)

i already installed 4.01 m33 and i have the files for 5.00 m33 but i dont know where to put them to upgrade it

put the UPDATE (must be called UPDATE, or it wont work) folder in GAME.  Then run it under the 4.xx kernel.
