Quick controller question
« on: April 08, 2009, 09:45:25 PM »
Does anyone know if a dualshock's inards will easily fit in a non-dualshock's housing and if so any problems this may cause
I have a gost housing that I want to use for my controler mod, but it's from a normal sixaxis not a dualshock. If possibal I want to mod out my dualshock and put it in the gost housing, if it will fit.
It's my main controler and I thought it would look cool with some LEDs in the handels of the controler. Has anyone tryed this yet?
Any input is much appreciated
Thanks

i think people have done case swaps on their ds3 to have that see-through look on the sixaxis.
haven't done it myself, but i think the older ds3 (non v2) controllers are swappable with the 6axis.

Hot glue should be strong enough. I doubt the motors are strong enough to shake free of hot glue.
