Sorry 4 the really late reply , i didnt notice this. but to answer ur question : No , i dont know animation. I tried my hand at flash animation about 3 years ago but wasnt too good at it but havent tried since then. Maybe sometime later.......

Well there just gif animation witch is what PS has and flash its been awhile since i messed witha flash program i loved it when i first too a class on it. Really cool stuff.

Well in PS you go to window and select animation. To do the these animations you have to each thing layer by layer and it takes time but you can also use the tween button i think thats what its called. What that does is fade one layer to the next.
