Ps3 video problem

My ps3 recently decided it doesn't want to display anything when turned on.  I don't hear/see anything when I turn on my ps3.  I know it's working because when I turn it on my tv screen changes from blue to black but it doesn't go any farther then that.
So far I tried:
-plugging it back in the last known working tv, no avail. 
-Tried hdmi
-Tried composite
-Tried componite 
-Tried switching cables
-Tried hardware reset and then retrying all of the above

Any help?  I'm stuck on what to do next
