Ok so I have an Xbox that I haven't used in a while so I plugged it in, put Halo 3 in and turned it on. Well then it prompted me to update it for security reasons so I updated it (the console not Halo 3.) Well the Xbox rebooted and as soon as it got past the swirling 360 logo, it went 3 RROD. NOOOO. I unplugged all the cables etc. and got on Acidmods to check the error codes. I went back to see what the downfall of my Xbox was so I turned it on and it told me it didn't detect a HDD in. OK? I never had that one before. Anyways, I plugged that back in and now it's fine. (Although I had the HDD in when it went RROD so I don't know what the problem was.)
