Lost Backups

Have some backups on my cr 3100 and today all of a sudden when I go to my game file on the xmb it says there is no games.Still have my music movies and game saves but no games.Also tried reinstalling the game on the memory stick and it still doesn't work.Anyone have any ideas what it might be?

let me help u.. co in the psp/games and make a .txt file.. no name no nothing in it... save it and let it there... now see if it works ;)
