Hello Acidmods!

It's been awhile since i posted any work here or done any modding for that matter. It's been really mad here (redundancy, lack of money, jobhunting, bla bla bla...). I Love the consoles that have been popping up on AM recently like folklord36's laptop psp and Blazinkaos Slim (when it's complete).

But i've found a bit of free time, so I dicided to update my PSP 2000 with a fresher look. It Will keep most of the nightshade look but i'll be using a smoke case from coolmods. It will still have a UMD loud speaker, green fading/SR leds, CR-5400 card, Custom black trim/buttons and the black stormtrooper chain.

Just waiting for some paint to finish a new black trim and cut the umd door. I'll post some pictures and a video when it's done.

After that is done, i will be working on a PSP 1000. Update soon!

Sweet. But I thought it already had a smokey black case. Or was that from DX?

No, that was another Slim i worked on which had a smoke case with blue buttons and a trim. The nightshade has a OEM black case at the moment.

My bad, i meant stormtrooper. lol!

It's nearly there. i'm having to make a new black trim, but most of it is done. heres a few pictures.

Ok a quick update. Messed up the umd door so i've had to use a OEM Black door for now untill i can get a replacment. I've also added a window to the battery to expand the whole seethrough look. Still waiting for the gloss i ordered to finish the trim on this and the 1000 i'm working on.

It's a massive pain. I'm gonna get a replacement but i can't find anywhere that sells them, so i'm gonna have to buy a whole new case just to get the door. lame as hell

Ok, got a new case on the way. All i'm gonna be using is the faceplate and the umd door. I'm currently working on a way to hold the ROL/Speaker mod in place without making the back of the door messy with glue. I Plan to paint a thin black strip around the hole (say 3mm thick) so when i glue the speaker in place you won't be able to see any unsightly glue.
