well... I think that I have officially lost my job... 2 call off in less than a week while on probation... i think they are gonna fire me when i go in next time... Now before anyone starts with the "Its your own fault" thing, it isn't.  The first time my mother got lost 20+ miles away around the time i was supposed to be there, and today my mom is having a surgery that i just found out about yesterday.  both times i have no ride, and both times they yelled at me over the phone. so yeah... :censored: TARGET!

get a copy of something from the hospittal and state your case. most people with these types of excuses never back them up and therefor loose there job due to it. take a doctors note or what not with you and explane it to them. dont give them a chance to dispute the case, you are a minor and your legal guardian had a medical emergancy. like I said take them the note dont let them ask for it. it looks more resoncable.

with the economic times the way they are, I am sure there is someone waiting to fill your position, so dont give them a chance. you have a legit excuse.

@Dhruv I am 17 atm

@ProperBritish I have one for target but i would need another to work anywhere else, and since i need to go through school to get one that may be difficult...

@modded matt Thats the thing, i have a LOT of excuses on file from doctors and such, but they want to fire me on the few (maybe 3) that i don't have excuses for... even though they are from MONTHS ago (almost a year)

talk to a lawyer. if there trying to fire you over something from a month ago, sew the  :censored: out of them. as long as you have a excuse there is no reason to fire someone. most places will fire someone for missing a few days but keep the people who dont do crap but show up. i think all jobs should be graded on work performance not days missed. so there target. your sign looks like a butt hole anyways if that says anything.
