Sounds bloody wicked, can't wait to see the pictures of the finished product. Next time upload before you post, that way the tease / wait is a bit less.

Its Smoked Black. You cant really see into it but when you turn it on and the leds turn on you can see into it.
Its made by XCM and it was like 42$ on llamma.com. It comes with everything, DVD drive piece, eject button, the side pieces, the faceplate and the case itself. It has feet on it but there not too good, im going to look at some local stores for some kind of rubber i  can cut to size for it :D
Thanks :)

I have some plans for the hdd. Im going to paint it probably and im adding some blue leds and a window.

Update July 1, 2009:
I jsut ordered a Sickmods Pulse VU 2X and a bunch more 3MM Flat Wide angle Blue LEDs. Im going to use the Pulse VU 2 to fade the ROL, and the Fan shroud which has 10 Blue leds in it. And im also going to be adding about 40 more leds on vero/pref board all around. I also plan to add an Ethernet activity LED in the Faceplate but im not possitive.
More updates to come :D

All the leds are in series and the benefit that i notice the most is how wide the light spreads. :D

Update on Controller:
Mode 1 LED (Red)

Mode 2 LED (Green)

Mode 3 LED (Orange)

PicAxe Port

Tact switch to change modes

Im super happy with it :D

Yes im still running a resistor. It going to be using a 5 volt point as the positive and the - is going to the Pulse VU 2X. Im not sure how many LEDs but quite a few. :P

is the resistor value going to be lower than as if the resistor was for only one LED because a series would give out less current to each led because it is shared that way.

I realize that but i also realized there going to be fading the whole time so i dunt care. lulz

Update:
I got bored and came up with a good idea. I ordered a 30 MM fan for the very rear of the case. 7$ why not lol. I also came up with the concept of adding a Fan Controller. I know its been done but its not to common... Im going to be using a Scythe : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811998055 Im  was thinking about waiting until the NZXT Sentry 2 too come out but i decided against it because i wasnt really liking all the colors on it. I figured since all the leds on the scythe is blue and its black it matches poifictly. :D So im going to buy that today probably and see where i go from there.

Edit again:
I got bored saw my weak little Play and charge dongle and ripped it open and led swapped it.
It has a red finished LED and a Blue charge one. :D

yeah if your going to stay on air, the duct mod is a must. But honestly I think watercooling is the ultimate way to go!

If i had the money i would do Water Cooling. Maybe next time? it is my first Xbox 360. Well any full size console other than a Case swap and led swap in a PS2.  :D

The thing is i need to get alot of money for water cooling. I dont wanna go cheap with it. Swiftec pumps, Lian Li case (Big enough to hold it all and looks super sweet, The blocks that fit in 360;s are small making them expensive (is it me or are all the small things more moeny than big things.?)

Silent cooling ftw? Lucky guy.

idk what your talking about with the control fan still?

do you mean connect them the the 360 control so the control can turn the fans on and off inside the 360?
ok, look at his pics, he installed a LCD temperature gauge/Fan controller. If he wires up his fans to the fan controller, he can adjust how fast his fans are spinning. Therefore controlling how much air the fans are blowing.
