Ok if anybody of you guys know "the360modder" He was selling a Red Psp God of war edition for $75, A Acer Aspire one laptop for $120 and a LG incite for $40... At June 20 I bought his PSP and paid him via Paypal.. Then at June 21 i bought his Laptop for $100 since i bought his psp too he gave it to me for $100.. and he said he would ship it together at tuesday. At monday or tuesday he got BANNED for doin somthin idk.. soo i asked him he said that he posted his lg incite with a title PO*N for sale soo he got banned.. so at tuesday i asked him if he had shipped it he said:
He Emailed me today with another excuse: "Sorry i have not replied to your e-mails. I am moving. Im sorry you have not recieved the laptop and PSP, im going to fedex tommorow, and asking where it is. if you dont recieve them, i ASSURE you, you WILL be refunded. its not my persons to rip off people." any body got this email from him too?
EMAIL CONVERSATION:
HIM:sorry i wasnt responding, i was watching futurama lol, yes ill be shipping out at roughly 4 tommorow,
Me: Ok can u get me tracking or confirmation #?
Him if i have enough spare change i will.
Me:ok
Late tuesday
Me: Soo did u ship it?
Him:my town had a power outage today, lasting till around 5:30. i arrived at the PO at 4, but they closed for the day due to the outage. if i can hitch a ride, i will ship tommorow. im giving you a cr-3100 to make up for the delay. sorry for the inconvineince.
Me:Ok make sure u ship it on Wednesday cause i need it by friday where do u live so i know when it will arrive
Him:NY, 11385.
Me: i asked if has aim
Him: Yes i do just aim me aim - Romanian350
WE talked in aim (I have the chat log)
Wednesday
Me: Shipped it yet?
Him:whoops sorry, yes i shipped it out yesterday. should be at the address in 3-5 days.
Him:Yes ive shipped it. I'm sorry if I delay response, I don't have
internet at home, and must use my itouch to grab wifi.
Me:ok
I WAITED WAITED I EMAILED HIM LIKE 4 times saying "What service did u use?"
I get a reply on friday "FEDEX"
ME: soo if u used fedex wheres the tracking#
AND HE NEVER ANSWERED EMAILED HIM idk soo many times still no answer still...

So i paid him a total f $175 never heard from him again...

we got scammed dude. he sold me that psp. I already have a claim going. he tried to get me to drop it and i refused.

Im pretty sure this is the same guy ive heard about that is a well known forum scammer, he ripped off people for $1000s

some people claim he is from texas.

That is the info I have on him, but its no use man, I know of 3 different names and locations he has used on this site alone, and Im pretty sure the guy uses phished accounts to do his dirty work, so hard to trace back to him.

i tried to buy the netbook to but he wouldnt send it first with the psp, so figured something might be up since he was trying so hard to sell it but wouldnt take the offer.

he also claimed he couldnt pay his electric bill yet, he was bragging earlier about how he just bought a iphone

The guys just a sad scammer. it will catch up to him eventually

why do think he cleared the account then?

I think i might have froze his account before he got to use or withdraw all the funds, becuase he was trying hard to convince me to lift the dispute then gave up on it.

Cool how you still have pictures of the item. His account is unverified obviously, but besides whats on this site i don't see any info on him, but didn't do much of a search.

all i can advice is to open up and escalate paypal disputes and provide all the details i have which are

After tracing his IP i find he lives in Elmont which is funny because thats really close to me and my grandma lives there >.> lulz After zooming in it shows he lives in a graveyard? lmfao.

he still could be in that area i looked up my ip address and it shows me 2 blocks from my house. pretty damn close though. i say post his pic around where he lives. and let people know hes a scammer. he probably scams in his home town and just not on the net.
