Guys... You have to think things through. A psp slim in perfect working condition is about 120-140, depending on where you get it. Plus the fact that it's a GOW psp, the price might go even higher. For $75, doesn't that sound too good to be true? On top of that, he's new here and doesn't have feedback. Sorry guys, I feel bad for you, but to avoid future incidents like this, remember the one golden rule: If it's too good to be true, it probably is.

i know it sounds bad but there should be some kind of post count b4 you can sell stuff through fourms. it seems like anyone can take pics of their friends stuff and post it in fourms. then they use some wifi somewhere to post their claims(coffee shops) and its not their ip address. makes me mad though, i didnt get scammed but i noticed him putting new stuff up everyday. no one has that much cool stuff to sell.(we all like our stuff, atleast dont want to part with it.)

it seemed to good to be true and it was. sorry guys for your losses.

Yea. I wasn't even paying attention that he was a new seller. Gbatemp has the 100 post or long time member to go to the auction section of their fourms.

Btw the AT&T incite is crappy. It is slow touch screen becomes uncalibrated all the time. The touch screen later broke. Small screen area to see what u are typing. Had many of them exchanged.

yeah, i know the rules. but he was dropping the price, so it seemed like he was needing to sell it quick. It wasnt untill i afterwards, that he posted the netbook, and started erasing threads he collected money on that i got suspicios.

well ill keep you all updated how my claim goes and maybe things will work out for the best

While having a post minimum may help in some cases, it will definitely not stop all the scamming. I got scammed (sorry for keep bringing it up) by two high post sellers so you would think they would be trusted

it sounds bad but i was looking at the net book and the psp. thinking man thats a good price. if i would have had the money in my paypal i would have got scammed too.

and robotiks i know it wouldnt help in all cases but it would help people spread the word someones a scammer before it gets too bad.

Thanks man. Any help would do good. You may not be able to get their money back but you may prevent others from having to deal with it. Unless he simply changes his name. Any forums with auctions that we can contact would be good. Like notify the admins of his IP and prevent him from selling things

Ok But he's not going to ship it for sure... He cant even provide a tracking # (Its fedex it should always have tracking) and why does he have to go to fedex?? he can just call?? What i think is He is just trying to convince me to cancel the dispute or somthing...

Dont expect to get anything out of him. Hes not just gonna send the items to one person after he collected funds from everyone.

I won my dispute against him today, and didnt get ANYTHING, meaning he drained the account, sorry for the bad news.

You guy's are freaking out, yet no one cares that J.s2 got me out for $40 and Gamerdude767 for $150 (there abouts). What can we do about it? not much.. so I feel bad for you if you can't get your money back, but if it can't you will just have to suck it up and get over it.

Hey he still to this day hasn't sent it, and he was out for like 2 months. He also doesn't even have our items anymore as he got kicked out. Also he spent my money then he keeps telling me he doesn't have the money to send it but it only costs a friggin $2 to send it.
