no because only the back would work, the front is covered in clear plastic, which either wouldnt dye, or it would dye and you wouldnt be able to see the screen.

Well thats mine. I also have a clear Face- and Backplate but hell i would dewstroy my PSP by trying to install the Back

The Wave is designed by my friend the Icons are the Black Rhizura.

Firmware is 3.71 m33-4.

I got a PSP slim silver....Getting a wolf Jewel for it soon. I haven't really done any modding yet. I am going to put trigger leds in it and clear buttons. I had an idea just now: you could take different colored leds and light up each button for the [] O /\ X..matching their playstation colors.

Would it be harder to put leds in for the buttons of a slim? since it is thinner?

haha. I was actually thinking of two color (red/blue) leds for both of theme.

I'm doing a UV LED white PSP. I found out where to get SMD LEDs in NZ, turns out they sell 'em for use in power cables in PCs.
