this is slightly disapointing. you all know the rules and now are pulling members from acidmods. in violation of rule number 13 this thread will be reviewed by admin, but dont expect to see it for long,.. and such was doen by a global mod...not good..what is going on?

From what I last remembered it was for just electronic sites. It does not serve the purpose that AM was made for. Acidmods is a modding site. The AT&T is made for pretty much anything, like a giant spam and chat. It's not pulling members from acidmods, if they want to know about modding they won't go to a site made for general chat. If you care so much then I will take this whole thread down. But I have spent alot of effort today in getting this site running. Have you ever tried starting and running a forum on a netbook? I would just like to see maybe more members.

Matt, I'm the last person you'd want to hear from, but just pause and think about this.

This is not to leech members. The AT&T site that was created is just for fun, and it's a small little sight to goof off at. Is it a thread to AcidMods? No. Is it stealing members? No. Members join the site just to goof off and chat. There's nothing wrong with linking to it, and asking for people to join. It's not violating the rules.

This is not "in order to leech acidmods members or customers", It's an alternative and comical site that acid modders can chat on. This doesn't degrade AM in any way, or encourage people to leave here and join there.

look guys I understand its not a big deal and I am glad you guys are having fun but coments like the one I quoted and links to the site are against the rules I am proud you can do such things with a net book. but as a admin I must enforce the rules to the best of my ability. (that is why I left this open for now) no biggy though robin will be back and we will see what he thinks.

yeah the AT&T is not a modding site. its not the purpose of it, the purpose is just a place to muck around, be stupid and generally be an idiot at. i just wanted more members, that doesnt mean that i want more members so that they contribute MODDING stuff... its not what its for. when people want information about modding they'll come here, the AT&T wont have any answers. i dont ever intend to 'leech' (a rather harsh word if i say so myself) members from this site.
