Sattelite tv anyone

hello everyone. i moved a few weeks ago, just got internet a few days ago... I had been very busy lately in helping set up everything.... and now my dad has given me the job to get a satellite tv.... i am a n00b when it comes to satellite tv... so far all i know is that i need a dish and a reciever(FTA) and then install some kinda CFW..... so i need your guys' help with this... what all i need, where to get them, which recievers are good yada yada yada... (BTW i live near toronto, canada) and if you can please help me ....

Viewsat With Dishnetwork 500 Dish.

Only issue now is that the codes are gone for a bit but they are constantly being upgraded. Viewsat 2000 Ultra is good, my dad installs these.
