xbox migration kit?

whats the point of getting a migration kit for free if you only use it once is there some unheard of use ?

you only need it once. what are you asking?? there is no other purpous. other than to change hard drives, without it you loose all your media rights if you just redownload your account. if you transfer it all can use your stuff if that makes since

You used to be able to get it by buying a 120 GB hd and asking M$ for one. They need both serials of ur HD and they sent you one. They stopped doing it and you need to pay for it now.

And most people use them for gamesave modding.
