yea I have made progress on this but I striped it back down atm so I can enter this.
Basicaly Im installing a 360 into a modifyed pc case to allow for better cooling and just because I can.

I will keep you guys updated when the mod off starts

Ok, It begins:

For Proof purposes:
Unmodded console (well I sold the case so we only got a mobo, but I hope that counts)



Ok onto progress
Heres meh case, Cheapo but wth it does what a pc case is meant to.


I re drilled the mounting holes and made sure they threaded into the case better


need to rewire this to front USB ports of mobo.


YAYZ desolder the leds and readyed the 4 x 3wires for extending the leds


Keep following this for updates...

arg finished soldering the second disk drive cable to extend it, 10 wires soldered both sides. Im so pleased that Im done with that. Anyway on with the pics


attached, showing the modded cable and the extended serial ATA cable.

project finished, not sure if Im going to have time to take a video tommorow. Got 5 1/2 hours of exams tommorow, wish me luck.

4 more exams over the next 2 days, this is all I can get as finished proof as my video camera battery is dead and I don't have time to edit the clips, sorry for quality of vid.

quick update xbox 360 desktop

gah rrod came back, Im not going to post another vid but I think I have some picks of the build left.
