Ingredients
1 tsp sugar
1tsp finely diced ginger
1tblsp lt Soy Sauce
1tblsp wang Yee
1 dsp corn flour
1 lb squid prepared

Method
- Prepare squid
– clean of membranes and get cartilage out of tentacles
– open flat the body score lightly cross ways chop into bite size pieces
– chop tentacles into bite size pieces
– blanche for a couple of minutes in boiling salted water till they curl.
-Mix together flavourings and marinade blanched squid
– stir fry in hot wok – put to one side
– stir fry wang Yee with a little soy
– put with squid
– stir fry mange tout wit a little sugar and soy add other ingredients stir adjust seasoning serve
