¾ lb cubed pork
1 dsp soy light
1 dsp oil
Pinch vtsin
1dsp sherry
1 tsp yellow bean sauce
½ tsp sugar
1 dsp cornflour
Some Chinese cabbage
1-bunch spring onions
Method
Shred and cook pork add seasonings stir-fry. Cook cabbage adding sugar and shake of thin soy.
Combine all together adjust seasoning and thicken if needed
