At least 12oz mushroom a variety is nice
1 tablespoons wholemeal flour
Salt
4 tablespoons butter
Large chopped onion
4 Celery sticks chopped
Water ¼ pt
Marmite 1 tsp
½ tspThyme
Bay leaf
Chopped parsley
Soured cream
Freshly ground black pepper
slice onions, celery, mushrooms
melt half butter and sauté onions and celery add remaining butter add mushrooms stir over medium heat for 2-3 mins
stir in flour add water marmite and herbs boil reduce heat simmer for 2-3 mins
Stir in sour cream off the heat adjust seasoning and serve sprinkled with parsley
