¾ lb 5thinly sliced lamb
4 dsp soy dark
2 dsp oil
Pinch vtsin
1dsp sherry
4 cloves garlic
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp cornflour
2-bunch spring onions
3 leeks
¼ tsp salt
Method
Slice and cook lamb add seasonings stir-fry. Cook leeks and spring onions adding sugar and shake of thick soy.
Combine all together adjust seasoning and thicken if needed.
