psp slim led swap

hey every body im new here, i read the psp phat led swap tutorial and i was wondering if it is the same for the slim.

No it has different points for the slim. The slim uses a dual led, The fat uses 2 separate 0603 SMD's.

Both the slim and phat use the same dual color LED. The ones with 2x 0603 led are aftermarket boards.

Really? I bought one straight from best buy opened it the next day it had 2x 0603 LED's. It was  a fat.

I have opened lots of PSP phats and I have never seen one with 2x 0603 LEDs...

I have opened lots of PSP phats and I have never seen one with 2x 0603 LEDs...

Mine was one of the first makes though.

and i have one other question, could someone post a hold switch activated led tutorial for the slim? coz i recently got a preowned slim and i said to my dad that we are gonna do a led mod but im getting rid of my phat.

Look around for the diagram just scratch the lead to the hold switch and wire the ground to there.

I believe so don't get pissed off at me if it doesn't work but I believe it does.
