That is Feta cheese on top for decoration...

You will need:

1 Large Stockpot. (10 qt)
1lb ground beef
1lb ground turkey
1 egg
1 slice white bread
4 pork chops
2 1lb packages mild italian sausage
1 large carrot
1/2 cup garlic (minced)
3tsb salt
3tsb black pepper
1cup parmesan cheese
fresh basil (found near the broccoli and cauliflour in wal mart)
3tsb oregano
2 cans tomato puree
2 cans crushed tomato
2 cans tomato sauce
1 small can tomato paste.
(All the tomato ingrediants are in a medium sized can. Not the family sized, and not the small size. Only the tomato paste will be the small one.)

1.) put the ground beef and turkey into a large mixing bowl. add one egg. add a dash of garlic, a dash of oregano, a dash of each salt and pepper. remove the crust from the slice ofbread and discard. now crumble the bread into the bowl with the meat. (bread holds meatballs together) Now with your hands, mix it all together really good. now roll the meat into balls and place on baking pan. place in oven preheated to 450 degrees. Cook 25-30 mins until top starts to become golden brown.

2.) Place pork chops and sausage into 10 quart stock pot. fill with water to just over top of the meat. boil until fully cooked. drain water.

3.) put meatballs into stockpot s well. add all cans of sauce. plus the small can of paste. add parmesan cheese, add basil, add salt, pepper and garlic. use a cheese shredder to shred carrot into pot. (this absorbs the acidity of the tomatoes, preventing heartburn) once everything is in the 10qt stock pot, cook over low-med heat for about 10 hours, stirring about every 15-20 mins to prevent the sauce on bottom from burning.

4.) cook up your favorite pasta and pour sauce over top, Voila! enjoy.

P.s. Sauce is good for one full week in refrigerator
