what is with this huge difference?

now i understand that there is going to be a difference between upload and download speed, but this is ridiculous.

@ kilock, most ISp cap upload speed as mentioned above, Isp gave me speeds identical to yours, and that was the best I could do, but upgrade to a buisness account and I have 19 down and 3 up now

We're "paying for the economy package, which is 12mbps" according to Comcast.
Well, they changed that economy package a while ago and it's 1mbps on their website. Regardless, they still told me we're getting 12mbps.

This is just a reminder to always check your ISP and make sure your package isn't changed without you knowing... >>
