Sound Mod switch help!
« on: November 26, 2009, 04:52:08 PM »
Hey everyone, I had an idea for the stereo sound mod. I wanted to put a bypass switch under the battery cover, to toggle between flashing lights and steady lights, or just turn them off. I'm just trying to figure out how to wire it. Any idea's or suggestions?

youll need to add a switch to add and remove GND from the Cathode of the LEDs (if your doing LM386 or similar mod) if your doing direct connect, its really not possible

I am doing the LM368 mod. So All I need is to cut the GND and solder a switch to it to get the lights to go steady from flashing?

you dont need to cut anything, but yes you just need to add in a solid GND into the LED circuit
