-need help -SR and Solid Mod by Blazinkaos.

According to this pic below from blazin's thread:

Im trying to figure out the following:
1. Wheres 5v source on the far left of the diagram. are both the 5v source and the solid 5v point from the same point on the mobo?
2. How did he calculate the amount of resistence needed for the solids. Like how do you figure out how much resistance u need if u have for example 6 leds.

any 5v point should work, and they can come from the same point...
check HERE for 5v power sources...

to figure out resistance needed it only takes some very simple math...
Just look HERE for a quick lesson in Resistance in a Parallel circuit...
