psp not responding

recently i bypassed my lcd fuse and the  power fuse but my psp is not responding at all the light gets on but the screen is black neither it boots and after som time the light goes off even i tried pandora but seems useless the green light turns on but psp dsnt boot or reads mem card

You tried pandora and magic memory stick? Sounds like a brick to me. Try putting in the memory stick with the magic memory stick DC8 files, then hold the L button and put in the pandora battery as you still hold the L button. Hold the L button until it boots to the M33 installer menu.
