As many of you may or may not know, my birthday was yesterday so i got some moulah, also have some left over from christmas/chanukah.
Currently I have $320(spent the rest lol),
Now I have a few options:
1. Buy THIS
2.Build a desktop from scratch and save up for many more months :/
3. Buy a new xbox 360(with $100 gamestop giftcard as well) and a Nexus one(with upgrade plan from tmobile to replace my iphone)
4.throw in bank or something idk?

i thought the laptop wouldve been a good deal, until i saw the 1.3ghz which is garbo for that laptop seeing as its not even a netbook.

I'll add in 2 cents about that lappy. it's good and all for the average user. if you intend on doing more than one thing, or want to do anything really demanding, than it aint worth it.

It DOES however have an exceptional screen and build quality, and lives up to it's 8 hour battery life claim. More typical use (higher backlight brightness, performance options) would make it 6.

I know this cause I bought a 13.3 back in July and took it back for a lower quality higher spec'd HP. My friend had that model though, and he loved it. Although he was just the plain average user.

tl;dr : Any Acer Timeline is a shiny oversized netbook.

sorry to burst your bubble but engadget or w/e said you CAN NOT upgrade to the nexus one for that 200 dollar price tag. thats only for new customers.. you might as well keep the iphone. im pretty sure the iphone would still be better. dont get me wrong the nexus one looks badass but idk

Sorry to burst your bubble thats bursting my bubble, but you can upgrade from tmobile for same price. I think its somekind of long time membership type deal. also, bubbles aside, iphone sux big nispe(ill let you decode that). I've had it for over a year, and I still dont really like it. Apple just kinda...sucks at making things as good as they seem
