Does anyone have the traces for the leds for this bored, someone gave me a controller they tried to change the leds and burnt the pads off where the leds go, would like to put them back in and wire them directly if possible

It's just a leftover from when the controller was designed, probably a debug or programming header is all. You'd have to have the schematic to take a better guess so you could tell exactly what it's connected to.
