Because of the way the Matrix controller's buttons are laid out it can be a real mess to swap them around. It's recommended to use the Wireless CG or Wireless CG2 version of controller if you want to do that kind of thing.

TP2 - Ground
TP3 - B+ (AA Pack)

TP7 - Analog Voltage, 1.6v (Switched)
TP10 - Light Rumble
TP11 - Heavy Rumble
TP22 - Ground
TP25 - Start
