Finding a small latching switch is a bit of a pain. I use the AYZ0202AGRL (DPDT Slide) and G22AP (DPDT Toggle) from time to time, you can find them both at Mouser as well as other online parts stores.

SLIDE

One thing I used it for.

Awhile ago I was doing an LED mod that I wanted to turn the lights off for but couldn't find a switch small enough to be discreet and out of the way. Thanks

Actually I just read it and it says it's on-on. I could use that as an on/off switch right?

Correct. These are DPDT as well, but they make SPDT in the same packages that could be used also. The Toggle switch for example, they have in a SPDT that has an LED in it.

you can buy some nintendo ds spare switches online they are tiny and can fit inside the battery pack slot where ther is a little rectangular hole at the top. The switch has a little spring in it a but that can be taken out with a needle or something small and sharp.

Does anyone know where to get a switch just like the on/off switch the comes on the XCM controller shells for xbox 360? Those are really small and perfect. Any help with this would be swell.
