Due out later this year, the EVGA W555 motherboard is built with overclocking in mind. Showing off not one but two LGA1366 processor sockets, the W555 can handle dual quad-core CPUs.
From the pictures it's easy to see that the W555 is an enormous motherboard. Besides having two CPU sockets, the EVGA board has twelve (12) memory sockets that take DDR3 RAM upto 1333 MHz, and offers triple-channel support as well.
Of course, the large black heat sink is difficult to miss. Underneath is a combination of
an Intel 5520 chipset and two
nForce 200 graphics controllers. Sitting flush to the heatsink/fan are seven (7) 16x PCI-E 2.0 card slots. The folks over at

The W555 supports both Crossfire and SLI, has eight (8) SATA ports, one (1) IDE port, a 24-pin and two 8-pin EPS12V power connectors, and an additional three (3) 6-pin PCI-E power slots.
As of this article the EVGA has not announced the price for this beast. Some additional details however are that the CPUs for dual-processor capability supposedly must be Xeon W5000-series CPUs, not Core i7 processors. This is because the Core i7 chips have only one
QPI link to communicate with the X58 chipset on the motherboard. In contrast, the Xeon processors each have two QPI links, one to talk to the X58 chipset and one to talk to each other.
